For deliveries from Tuesday to Saturday, orders must be placed by 3:00 PM on the day before delivery. For Monday delivery, please place your order by Friday at 3:00 PM.

Standard Shipping (DHL Parcel):
Delivery takes place within 1–2 business days. Delivery on a specific requested date cannot be guaranteed with standard shipping.

Premium Shipping (DPD Express):
A delivery attempt on your selected delivery date is guaranteed.

Small Parcel (DHL):
Rose boxes are shipped as small parcels. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. Delivery on a specific requested date cannot be guaranteed.
