    To keep your bouquet of dahlias looking beautiful for as long as possible, there are a few things you should keep in mind when handling them. Although the flowers are robust, they are sensitive to dirty water.

    Care tips for your dahlia bouquet:

    • Cut fresh stems: Cut off about 2-3 cm straight with a clean, sharp knife (not at an angle)
    • Remove lower leaves: Anything standing in water should be removed - this reduces rotting
    • Change the water daily: Dahlias need clean, cool water - refill or change it daily
    • Cool location: Do not place the vase in direct sunlight or near fruit bowls - ethylene accelerates flowering
    • Remove faded flowers: This gives new buds more strength and the bouquet remains attractive for longer

    • Standard delivery: Delivery usually takes place within 1-2 working days. In around 95% of cases, the bouquet arrives on time on the desired date - however, there is no guarantee here.
    • Premium shipping: For guaranteed delivery on the desired date, we recommend express shipping via DPD.

    A bouquet can be sent within Germany as well as to Belgium and the Netherlands. For island addresses, we recommend bringing forward the desired date by one day - there may be delays in some cases.

    If you would like to deliver to a hospital or care facility, ideally coordinate the delivery with the facility in advance. If acceptance is possible, please state the name of the recipient, ward and room number.

    Important: Delivery to packing stations, parcel stores or PO boxes is not possible.
